Please let me know if you think that something should be changed. what i am most quite concerned about is the PSU, CPU cooler and the case. Like would the PSU fit in that case? would the CPU Cooler fit with those RAM sticks on the motherboard, even if i brought 2 more? would all the parts fit in that case? do you recommend other CPU coolers, PSUs or cases?

Please note that I already own the Alienware monitor, the 990 PRO and 870 EVO SSDs, the 2 G.Skill Trident RAM sticks, Arctic MX-6.

thanks for your help and efforts

EDIT: I ended up changing most of the stuff to this:

Does anyone know if I would run into ram clearance issues when using the G.Skill trident Z5 RGB with the Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB?
any suggestions? you think I'd run into problems with this build?

So all parts I mentioned are compatible with each other? your only suggestion is that i should get the 4080 super instead of the 4070 ti super?

Gigabyte Gaming OC or MSI Ventus 3x?

I read a lot that the liquid or AIO coolers are not as long lasting as the air coolers, thats why Im going with an air cooler. or you think that one is better? plus i havent seen any arctic liquid freezer III 360, there is the arctic liquid freezer II 360

it's better if you get an AIO if you haven't already gotten the CPU cooler. Try and find the arctic liquid freezer iii 360, it's currently on sale until may

with new AIOs, that's not really true anymore

this one's the best of the best considering noise and performance

I ended up choosing the Asrock X670E Steel Legend, looked a bit more future proof, plus it is just 30 usd more, so why not.
as i also mentioned before, there are some components I already own, like the ram, ssd, and monitor (snapped them quickly when i saw big sales on them)
and with Thermalright Phantom Spirit air cooler instead

well I'm going to wait for a bit to see if it will go down in price again. cuz most retailers are literally out of stock (I'm checking idealo.es in spain, cuz ill be getting it from there, however, pcpartpicker shows the same for US). if it doesnt, might as well just get the 4070 ti super.

I saw the AIO offers of the LF3 Arctic freezer, thanks for the links, but i read a lot about AIOs, and a lot of people say, you will need maintenance, and they are way most likely to fail compared to the air coolers, even tho they cool better. can you please advice regarding this?

I am worried about something else. I have the G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB (the non NEO) one which on the label says it supports Intel XMP, and the Neo memory stick says it supports AMD Expo

but i checked on the motherboard memory QVL:
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X670E Steel Legend/index.asp#Memory

and i saw that this ram F5-6800J3445G16GX2-TZ5RK (which is black) the one i have is white (https://www.gskill.com/product/165/374/1665644426/F5-6800J3445G16GX2-TZ5RS), plus motherboard specs say:  Supports Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) and EXTended Profiles for Overclocking (EXPO) memory modules.

This means I'm all good right?

AIOs used to be finicky. Now you just set it and forget about it. If you install it the right way, there is no reason for worries. No maintenance is needed, because it's a closed/sealed system. Sure they lose performance with time, but we are talking about 6-7-8 or even more years of continuous use. By that time, you are most likely gonna need new rig again anyway.

thank you for your help. I'll get the arctic freezer liquid iii 420 A-RGB then.

but it doesnt matter which rad length I get right? 360 or 420? i checked on arctic website, both rads support the motherboard, now i need to find a case that fits the 420mm?

sorry if I'm asking too many questions, this is my first time building a PC, I've always had gaming laptops.

For 420mm rads you will need a pretty big case. I have the Phanteks G500A which supports 420mm in the front and it's certainly not small, but the plus to that is there is A TON of space for cable management and for ENORMOUS GPUs.
