RGB fans not working all of a sudden

I've had my pc for about 7-8 months and everything has been working completely fine until around two days ago. Two days ago, when I turned on my PC, my fan led's did not come on but the fans did. It has been doing this for the last few days now and the led's will turn on, just after about 20-40mins. Does anyone have any solutions to fix this.
