Can you lock an user account for a while?

Life's tough.

Exams going.

Procrastination at its highest peak.

Not good.

Need help.

 

I get attracted way to easily when I can open YouTube with a click. I noticed that when I have to use in incognito, and when I have to write the whole url and sign in which involves username and password and whoosh. Nah I'll study instead of taking all that effort. Deleting my YT feed and games is extreme. I am looking for a way to lock my Windows user account. I know, it is like giving a thief his jail's key, but somehow he is honest enough, or rather lazy to say in.

 

Dopamine too strong.

What do I do? I need heeeelpppppp.

Create a second user account on your PC and only use it for work. Don't sign into any of your fun sites with it.

 

That will help, but it's not going to solve the underlying problem. You have to learn self-discipline, how to tell yourself "no". You have to treat this like the real addiction it is.
