Any way to export save data from a PS5 and import it to a PS4?

Living with friends at the moment and trophy hunting some games through my PSN on their PS5. I'm moving out in a few weeks and I only own a PS4 so I was wondering was there a way to export my save data so I can import it into my PS4?

 

This article shows how to do it from PS4 to PS5 but doesn't mention going the other way, has anyone done this before and is it even possible? Also, would there be a way to just export the save data through a USB or something similar because having to put my PS4 on the same network as the PS5 would be annoying.
