Hey everyone,

I've been trying to figure out what's been happening to my pc for the past several weeks.
This PC was upgraded in November 2022.

Spec List:

  • 13700k
  • MSI Z690-A DDR4
  • Corsair Vengeance LPX (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600
  • Noctua NH-D15S
  • EVGA 2070 Super XC Ultra (from old build)
  • Corsair MP600 Pro XT
  • EVGA 650 G+ -> Corsair RMx 850 Shift
  • Dell S2522HG
  • LG 27GR95QE-B

My PC has been fine for over a year since I've upgraded, but one morning I tried to boot up and my GPU fans are at max speed and the mobo's VGA led is on. I didn't think too much of it at the time and just pressed the reset button on the case and it was able to boot fine.

After that every morning when I boot, I have to reset multiple times before the PC is able to post.

From looking at other forums and threads, I've tried:
- reset CMOS (removed cord from wall, removed battery, waited several minutes, reinstalled)
- removed peripherals

- installed GPU into other PCI slot

- upgraded my power supply from a 650 Watt to a 850 Watt

- reseated RAM, tried with 1 stick

Nothing appears to have helped.

I installed the GPU into another PC and it's works fine.
But PC is able to boot without a GPU installed.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
