Curved UW monitor opinions

Hey guys, Im planning on buying the 30inch xiaomi UW curved monitor, I just want to ask to the ppl who have experience playing on UW curved VA monitors

1. How are FPS games? I mainly only play Valorant, will the smearing bother me that much?
2. Do I need to stay away from UW and stick to regular IPS
3. I saw some ways to reduce black smearing, anybody tried it out? (increasing gamma)

I'd get some other brand. Panel wise VA i'd only go for Samsung one otherwise IPS yeah. As their at least works better, less smearing. Changing gamma mesess up image.

But, as far as fps games and especially online ones most don't support UW properly and some don't at all. Like CS, OW, Valo so 16:9 would be better.
