Upgrading motherboard

I switched from a M-ATX case to ATX, and now want to go up a size of motherboard to go with it. I would like your help in finding the right motherboard.

 

I'm looking for

- 1x 4.0x16 slot

- High and low speed usb

- Type C on the back IO (VR)

 

I'm upgrading from an Asrock B450M Steel Legend and planning on getting a B550 EXTREME4 or a B550 PG VELOCITA.

 

My budget is ~150$ USD. Gonna re-sell the Steel Legend, also here the rest of My Build
