Considering the prices are set and not exactly cutting-edge components, second-hand seems likely.

I've gotten to know some stuff, but am far from omniscient, so don't take my advice as gospel and wait for other opinions - I just like throwing in my two cents when I can.

the prices are pretty low in my country, but the CPU is cheaper than normal because i get the tray version (doesn't come with the original box but it cuts down the price by a lot)

oh the tray version, I got my 5600 as trey version too, the price cut was quite good despite needing to buy a cooler, but I was fine with that

I just posted a Latvian build on another tech site.  I see the Latvians have this cpu and we still don't have them here in the USA. We have to order them from a Chinese website =/

Consider Corsair RM850e PSU if it's cheaper

little bit, but if it's more expensive then it's not worth to pay more

its 4 bucks more, should i change it

it's fine, it's like a difference between a Lambo and a Bugatti basically, the Corsair RMe is A tier and the Supernova is B tier on a PSU tierlist

A tier is like almost everything basically tested on protections and more technical stuff

B tier is like one or two things less tested but still many important and slightly less important things tested

ummm, I don't really know how motherboard could affect boot times, or if it even matters, it's just a boot time it's gonna be less than 10 seconds guaranteed if you have an SSD,

and as I expected, it's just DDR5 thing, there's quite literally no way to prevent first-time long boots:

image.png.58201f85e598dda7281957788a425ab0.png

The motherboard is good, there's probably other motherboards within same price that are almost exactly same spec with maybe one less M.2 heatsink, because I think the Tomahawk has 2 heatsinks

but you know... it will really depend if saving 30-40ish $ will even open up budget for something else,

if there even is something else worth getting (like 2TB SSD or somth since we're scraping the budget's ceiling)
