Internet issue caused by RAM?

So i have a problem at the moment,my ram slot no.1 is not working at all,when i put a ram stick in it my pc simply doesnt boot,i have made a post about it aswell if you can help without telling me to change my motherboard please give me any ideas

So my pc does turn on now,but it randomly bricks,crashes or causes BSoD with error code Memory Management,and when it does work,my internet only reaches about 30-40 mbps out of my 1gbps internet package,it used to reach does speeds but since i have the ram issue it just doesnt go past 50-60,note that i reach around 500 mbps on wi-fi,so the internet itself isnt the issue,i changed the cable aswell.Could all of these issues be caused by my faulty motherboard?
