Here's a link on DISKPART CLEAN which you can run from a bootable USB install of Windows and invoke the CLI to run it. Hopefully you don't have to take drastic measures...

Here's with no games open - just discord and web browser, steam and medal.. completely confused as this time it hasn't even acted like a memory leak, it only took 2 hours of uptime for it to reach 79% used, but most of the time it takes 8+hours

Java isn't running, it only runs when I play Minecraft, which the memory leak has started before I even installed Minecraft or Java. It does not run at startup.
