Lock local win10 pc remotely

I've got a weird problem to solve.

There is a windows 10 pc that only has local accounts and can only have local accounts.

I need the ability to remotely lock or sign out the device on demand.

Not sure if there is a parental feature or app that can do this. Microsoft Intune won't work unfortunately.

 

If anybody has an idea, let me know.

 

Update: going to try Microsoft family share.
