I factory reset my router and now don't have internet access

CurveyCone

Did I wipe the credentials to connect my router to the ISP? I have fibre optic and a modem built into router setup. I wanted to access my router config page and login details on back didn't work so I thought I'd reset in to factory. Do I need to contact my ISP or is there a fix? The router itself works, WiFi works just no internet connection and because of this I cannot even access the router login page when I type in the IP into my browser.

If its ISP provided that's quite unusual, as usually the factory defaults are altered to be the ISP defaults.

Does it let you login now with the credentials on the back?  It may be you have to go through some sort of setup to tell it what kind of connection you have for it to choose the right settings.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7
