If you're going to be primarily gaming on this system, yes.

Also I just picked the the NZXT kraken cause its white and how it looks lol but if you have a better suggestion for a white AIO with a LCD let me know XD

The LCD is the hard part, since it doubles the cost of the AIO for no reason (the actual parts for the LCD are maybe $10-20 at most). For a white AIO, the one I would recommend is the Deepcool LS520 SE WH, but if you really want something with the LCD I guess the Kraken is fine.

I’m looking to upgrade my CPU and possibly my memory

I’m thinking of getting a Ryzen 7 5800x And possibly getting a new cooler since I had this one for quite awhile. I’m thinking of getting a NZXT kraken elite. And I’m not sure about memory. what do yall think! thank you.

What's the use case?

There's not many situations where the 5800X makes sense. First off, the 5700X is the exact same CPU for a bit cheaper, so might as well just get that. Second, the 5700X3D is a significantly better gaming CPU for the same price, and since this system does seem like a gaming system primarily, that's likely to be a better pick. Also, if this isn't a gaming system primarily, the 5900X used is usually the same price as the 5700X/5800X while giving significantly better multi core performance.

If it's still working, I wouldn't really bother.

That AIO is extremely expensive for what you get, I'd avoid it if possible.

Do you need more capacity? If yes, get whatever the cheapest 2x16GB 3200 CL16 kit you can find. If no, don't upgrade it.
