You have 4 connectors in that picture that you can plug in. A 4070ti isn't going to have issues with a daisy chained cable.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I ran my current 7900XT at 355w of a daisy chained cable for like 2 months because the psu was missing the 2nd cable , took 2 months for them to send me it.

 

Absolutely no issue what so ever and that's a worse case scenario.
