Buzzing / Static with RodePodmic

Hello,

 

I just recently started doing voiceovers through OBS and notice that whenever I record with my mic I get a lot of buzzing or static in the background. Almost sounds like my gain is set too high but no matter how low I set my gain it's still there just gets quieter. I use a Rode PodMic with a GOXLR and a Cloudlifter, I just replaced XLR cables but didn't change anything, tried moving the cloudlifter a bit away from the GOXLR but not sure why it's happening. Thought about just getting the Shure MV7 but didn't want to buy a new mic and have the same problem.
