Sure, just like the game changer that Shield turned out to be

Have you used a Shield or are you just AMD fanboytrolling?!

I bought a shield last week and havent been able to put it down. It's flawless at streaming (Tried Skyrim, Fallout NV, Batman, BF4, TF2 etcetcetcetc), the emulation is brilliant and the battery lasts forever..Plus with the new update you can stream anywhere in the world using your smartphone as a tether. Haven't tried that feature and likely won't, but it's still awesome.

Why does not considering the Shield as a game changer make me an AMD fanboy? I have used it plenty of times, likely more than you if you just got it last week. The novelty died off quick for me, good thing I was not the one who bought it.

Sure, you like it but how is it a game changer? For all purposes, the thing has been a commercial and influential flop.

It's the first gen of a new way of looking at handheld gaming/streaming, which I would personally see as being pretty revolutionary. It's exponentially more versatile and fun than any other handheld on the market. Horses for courses and all that, but personally I see it as pretty impressive.

Well for me, a handhelds android gaming performance is of no real interest. Android games are pathetic at this point, I'm yet to spend a penny on that scene. The shield 2 is on its way also, but I guess its a niche object to some.

I find it hard texting or surfing on a smartphone so the idea of gaming for hours doesn't seem I'm any way attractive to me. Shield controller is comfy and suits me perfectly.
