How to remove old entries in Windows Search?

I have uninstalled a lot of programs but those program's entries still show up in Windows search. Of course, I can't open them, and also not open its file location to delete that entry. I tried rebuilding the search index and perform a registry cleanup.

Microsoft owns my soul.

 

Also, Dell is evil, but HP kinda nice.
