What's wrong with my electric scooter

It's winner sky, brand new electric scooter, 2 to 3 months being using it, it's problem pretty complicated, frustrating and stressing,, that the wheel is not moving forward, I buyed and replaced the accelerator, still not working, but it's working wired switched between the brakes and the accelerator, like I placed the break wire inside the accelerator in scooter panel and the accelerator wire in the break wire, I also removed the red wire magnet break so it accelerate faster, but why accelerator is not working? Is it from the electric control panel, the scooter front wheel rotor should be replaced? Or because 9 km estimated remaining milage only, I'm not understanding, it only got drop it twice in my home, on its left hand, and I drove it in small sandy dusty rocky concerte bumby street, im waiting kindly all for your messages and replies, Thanks

If the answer that front rotor wheel should be repaired or replaced, then I sell my existing stressing scooter, buy bigger scooter in place of it, with a seat in it, if the motherboard control screen panel, I'll replace or repair the motherboard control screen panel

so.. you did a whole bunch of messing around to the wiring, tried to remove it's speed limit, dropped it twice, and now you wonder why something's not working right?

 

there's so many things that could be wrong here..

If it’s new and doesn’t work why didn’t you just get a warranty replacement?

Yeah like there isn’t any safeguards built into the circuitry to stop people doing that.

Because my dad brought it used from this shop around 163.36 dollars and the shop has many bad reviews to it from his and my bad luck

It had only one month warranty , without Bill even , my scooter I been using it like around 2 - 3 months

So it's brand new, except it's actually used and you've been using it for 3 months?

correct better than scooter!, but more expensive!
