Bluetooth Disappears after Sleep

Ok so my Bluetooth on my Archer TX3000E keeps turning off/disappearing after I put the computer to sleep if it is asleep for more than 3-4 hours. it's fine if it's less. To fix it I have to shut down the PC, restarting doesn't work I have looked everywhere I could think and this is my second different network adaptor. I'm unsure what the problem is to fix it any clues or direction would be greatly appreciated.
OS: Windows 10 Home

Find the device in Device Manager, right click and go to properties, then the Power Management tab, and make sure "Turn off this device to save power" is disabled.

ok this is every place on the network and blue tooth section that said anything about power settings.

umm idk ill look into it never did any coding but who knows when you download games and stuff maybe they changed stuff. 
ok hopefully I did the schedule thing right i'll respond back in a few days to see if it fixed it.
