My Corsair Hx850 test psu will randomly shut down under load

whenever I play a game like BeamNg Drive, my psu will randomly shut down. It is 850 wats and is not that old. It is well taken care of and I use it for mt test bench. But when I was testing it, it would randomly turn off whenever I played a game and would also make a weird high pitched noise. I have no Idea why it radomly shuts down. I do know why it make the noise becuase my old Pc power and cooling 750w psu made the same noise when I played BeamNg drive.

I5 8600k overclocked to 5 gigahertz all core

ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E Gaming

RTX 2080 ti from evga

3TB from 5 drive

32gigs of ram, ram is overclocked

Which HX850 exactly? There's a HX850w with 80+ Silver label, a HX850 with Gold label, a HX850i with Platinum label and a HX850 V2 with Platinum label.

its the Hx850 professional 80 plus silver

That's a 14 year old PSU and not reliable anymore. You have to replace it.

No it work amazing as a test psu so it's still reliable
