The link is to diffrent EVGA 680 bios'

Check GPU-Z for your bios number, and download the one that matches. You can also extract the bios directly from your own card with GPU-Z

I flashed my bios with a different version and accidentally deleted my backup bios which is the one i'm after. The bios i'm running now has a 32% power limit and likes to spike all the way up to 300%, and the core clock drops to around 300mhz at the same time as the power spikes, causing my fps in any game to drop to around 15.

The bios i need is 80.04.28.00.80 which has a 21%power limit. techpowerup has the bios i need but its only for the 4gb cards.

I can't seem to find that bios, but you could try to extract your bios with GPU-Z, and then edit it with KGB tool. You should be abel to limit the power limit and set it to something near the factory settings.

Remember to backup your current bios, if something were to happen
