What are acceptable temps from a taichi 7900xtx?

SocomSuade

I see stuff online that is all over the place so it is hard to say who is right.

With my fans 100% max I am getting a max hot spot of 93c and max global 60c.

3106MHZ max clock and 2487 max memory

Just wanting to see if these numbers are safe for my new GPU

your hotspot is a bit higher then theirs, but still within spec, anything under 100c is considered "Acceptable" by manufactures. You can certainly contact who you bought it from and see if it would be considered for RMA, but if its not causing any clock throttling they probably wont accept it.

Actually anything under 115c won't cause throttling.

I wouldn't like my card to get anywhere close to that but AMD would call it fine.

93c is not completely unreasonable if you have moderate fan speed but at 100% fan speed I wouldn't be very happy.

Yeah I got the PTM7950 kit but really don't want to open up my GPU. My case is missing the bottom intake fans as they're out of stock so I will wait until those come in to see if those make any difference.
