Please help me! I spotted a little hole in my motherboard, should I risk my hardware and boot it up anyways?

Hello! I recently opened my motherboard and it looked really good. As I finished with my other parts and installed my ram, I noticed a weird looking bump by the ram. Will it be okay? I am very worried. Here are some photos:IMG_2697.thumb.jpeg.070f04bc9fdb4d6338ecfb5dd4489a5b.jpegIMG_2699.thumb.jpeg.331a2b838396eb9b68a08e34d82ab23b.jpeg

Is this brand new, because I'd get it replaced just in case if so as it suggests a manufacturing issue.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)

Impossible to tell, but it suggests a manufacturing defect that could be nothing or be a dead short that will blow everything up.  Its not worth the risk.

Just RMA it, it's not supposed to be there, and they'd agree.

Don't want it biting you in the ass in future for whatever reason when warranty isn't there.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
