A RX 580 consumes up to 225 watts from the 12v output of a power supply.

If the power supply can output 225 watts PLUS what's needed by the other components in your computer than need 12v (cpu, fans, hard drives) - estimate around 100-150 watts - then the power supply should be fine.

So look on the label and see at 12v how much current (the value with A at the end) is the power supply capable of giving. Multiply that value by 12 and you get your watts available on 12v

I read that the max consumption of rx 580 is 185 watts?

RX 570  goes up to 175 watts, RX 580 4 GB goes to around 210 watts , some 8 GB versions will get close to 225 watts..

The card is allowed to take 150w through the pci-e 8 pin, 65w on 12v through the slot, and 10w on 3.3v through the slot.

You have up to 444 watts on 12v ( 12v x 34A = 444 watts) so you should be fine.
