GPU help choosing

Hi! So i've been looking to upgrade my gpu (amd 5600 xt) I have a pretty decent machine right now but i've been streaming a lot more and the gpu doesnt seem to keep up. My price range is about 300-400 euros. Also if it even matters I game with a 240hz monitor and do make music with different DAW's which of course is a little bit more on the cpu side. All opinions and suggestions are a big help.

I'd go for a 6700 xt as it's nearly a 60% increase in performance

sounds great but what about streaming with that card amd has a reputation with bad encoders and bad software.

Then get a used 3070. Look for one at or under 350 euros

A reputation kept alive mostly by word of mouth , The software is better than Geforce experience.
