Its a ryzen 5600 B350F on a tower cooler

I had my PBO enables, all cores offset -30

And reaching 4.65GHz and 4.12GHz in stress test

Then i tried manual setting it to 4.8GHz and raise cpu voltage from same setting above

But i realize the cpu drawing 60W at idle

Are these settings contradicting?

Curve optimizer and cpu voltage

Also are there minimal to none benefits in manual OC a 5600 for just gaming ?

While stress test, why would clocks drops 0.3-0.4GHz from my target clock? Anyway to set it right at 4.65 or 4.8 ?

Basically yes. Sure you can smash it at 4.8 IF it's a good overclock and get a bit better performance at the cost of much more power draw but usually not worth.

As for what I mean with good overclock do a cinebench with every change on boot as sometimes a higher clockspeed actually lowers score as the oc is not working properly. Seen it happen a lot with ryzens.
