Corsair 5000D Airflow vs Lian Li Lancool 216 vs Lian Li LANCOOL III

yajdem

Hello!

Which of the houses listed above do you think is the best? Please give reasons.

Until now, Corsair was my favorite, but I saw these other two and I was not sure if Corsair is a good choice 馃檪

Thanks!

Was looking at cases recently, watched a lot of reviews/builds vids, and I'd get the LL3, it's super well built, very easy to build in, has a ton of features, 4 nice fans included, and look sleek

LL216 is a more "mainstream" cheaper version, but good too (and maybe a tad smaller)

Corsair 5000D just don't tick for me, no fans (or 1 ?), don't like the blocky looks, and I've no real use to the side fan/rad support聽聽

I ended up going for the Corsair 5000D Airflow, to replace my Phantek Enthoo Luxe T.G.

The Lian-Li Lancool 3 was one of my considerations....

Only reason I did not go for it was because had potential fitment issues with 2x 360mm thick radiators + tall pump/reservoir.

If you are just going for air-cooling, or AiO cooling, I would recommend the Lancool 3.

It is also a very mechanically well designed chassis.

Well, Corsair has better support, Lian Li has cases that are easier to build in. I have the 5000X and it's on but I would probably choose something else.聽

Then again,聽 the InWin ModFree case is pretty enticing... 馃槅

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 馃槈 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.馃お馃槀
