I have the following power supply since 2019 running my i9 9900(non k) and rtx 3060ti. Would I need to upgrade if I went for an rtx 4070 super?

Please replace the PSU immedately. Don't risk your new 4070 super with a garbage tier power supply.

That being said. 600w would be enough for that system.

Yeah, that PSU is junk. Even for a group regulated PSU it has a terrible voltage regulation.

Yeah, replace that psu STAT and trash it. Wouldn't even trust it as a bench supply
