I have had 3x 140mm fans in both the Phanteks P500A(all three front panel mounted) which was replaced by the G500A, as well as the Hyte Y40(two side panel mounted and one under the GPU). There are actually quite a few that support that many. Use the filters in PCpartpicker and you can find them all pretty easily.
