Pc does not start

Hello! As i tried just today booting up my pc but it just eouldnt start. I tried screwdriver bootstart/ smh, then it started?!  Can somone explain why? I replugged all the cables but it still wont work.

If the screwdriver works, then there's a problem with the power button and its cable.

If you had an electrical tool (don't know the name) you could check if there's contact between both ends when you push the button.
