Questions about updating Bios

Hello,

 

Question  about updating bios for motherboard.  I have a Asus ROG B650E motherboard. 

I checked Aus's website for bios updates and there are many. Most of them have different things in each of them. If update bios, do I need to install each one ?

No. Just install the latest non BETA BIOS

Do you have the Gaming F or E model?

Either way it should be Version : 2214

So does that mean everything from the previous bios's will be included? I want to get the support for 48/24 high density DDR5 memory support.

That is correct unless specified otherwise

In this case. The version 2214 will also bring support for 48/24 high density DDR5.
