What exact 850w PSU do you have?

850w is plenty for that setup, except if the PSU is of garbage quality.

The 4080 Super will draw the same amount of power as a normal 4080, 320w at 100% load.

I use a 750w with my 7700x and heavily overclocked 4080 without issues.

The specific power supply is needed in order to answer this question.

What frame rate are you targeting, and what games are you going to play?

What is your minimum frame rate that you're trying to achieve? Seems like the 4070 should be fine, but if you're looking to crank up the settings to max, you might need to go with the 7900XT, or a 4080.

Honestly I kinda want both with high fps in shooters being around 360 and high details and graphics I’m fine with 60

I have that one, too.   I hope the 4080 Super isn't too expensive in my country - in the USA, they say $999 USD - but, usually, the prices are way higher (conversion) - but, it's good to know I wouldn't have to buy a new PSU.  😕     I'll even settle for a used vanilla 4080 - if some hit the market....

Call of duty heavily favours AMD but the 4070ti super is going to ray trace much better for cyberpunk , Alan Wake etc.
