What is normal temp for tablet/phone CPU ?

What is normal temp for tablet/phone CPU ? I have Samsung S22+ (Exynos 2200) and Samsung Tablet S9 Ultra both while gaming hit 40-45° do is still normal temp under 99% GPU load? Screen feels really hot at spot there is CPU. Btw ambient room usally is about 20-23°

Its fine. Its not like you can do anything about your phone's SoC temperature.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember watching a video about this. Like 40c and below is normal, above 45c is pushing it. It might not damage your phone per se, but it might hasten your phone's battery health faster. Does your phone have a case? If you do, have you tied if it would still be that hot even when you remove it?

Eh? Are you confusing surface temperature pain threshold? Other than that I have no clue what you mean. There is no normal as each device is different.
