Should i enable or disable core isolation?

I noticed when having it on my 3dmark scores are much lower than usual, atleast compared to windows 10 id be getting 37-38k gpu score on my 4090 with no OC and around 17-20k on my 7950x3d also without any oc. In windows 11 my gpu score is aroound 32k and cpu score is around 16k, i dont care about 3dmark scores but im guessing since they are lower that also translates to lower performance in games, and disabling core isolation increased the scores by alot, still lower than windows 10 but as expected since windows 11 is much more demanding
