I can’t find the drive where the OS installed in, in the boot menu

sputniq

I have a supermicro H11SSL-I and I installed Isxi in nvme slot that comes with the board.
I also have an hba with about 7 disks attached to it. However when I try to boot I can’t see to find the nvme drive where the ESXi is installed. I will like to add it to the boot menu so that this issue doesn’t repeat itself.

My boot is set to Dual and then legacy to UEFI

AFAIK BIOS only reads drive metadata (as in names, sizes and connection types). But not whats in them. You would need to boot into something that allows you to see how the drives are partitioned. For example Gparted.
