what do you think about this one

CPU:  Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($223.98 @ SuperBiiz)  There is no reason to get an unlocked processor if you are not going to overclock, also you are missing a CPU Cooler, Please do not use the stock intel heatsink, its loud and doesn't cool very well at all.
Motherboard:  EVGA 111-IB-E692-KR Stinger Mini ITX LGA1155 Motherboard  ($179.99 @ Newegg) Its 1155 which matches your CPU but personally I would rather go with a 4th gen 1150 set up for the newer chipsets.
Memory:  Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory  ($88.99 @ Amazon) Dat color! and 2133 will have limited benefits
Storage:  Sandisk Ultra Plus 64GB 2.5" Solid State Disk  ($64.99 @ Micro Center) I find that 120GB is about the smallest SSD that I am comfortable with. But then again I am lazy and like to put as many programs on them as possible. A 64GB SSD will fill up very very quickly.
Storage:  Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($56.98 @ OutletPC) I actually prefer the WD Blues over the Barracuda's but I went Seagate for the price. If you are comfortable with the extra $6, I like the WD drives better.
Video Card:  EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Dual Superclocked ACX Video Card  ($249.99 @ NCIX US) For this price you really can squeeze in a 770 as I did in my build. A 760 will do, but a 770 will do better.
Power Supply:  Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($59.99 @ Newegg) Reasonable PSU for the money.
Operating System:  Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)  ($89.98 @ OutletPC) Why are you preferring W7 over W8.1? Usually 8.1 does offer a small performance advantage.
Mouse:  Razer DeathAdder Wired Laser Mouse  ($50.46 @ Amazon) Cool. Also consider the Corsair M65 for similar money. Both are good.
Headphones:  Razer Razer Kraken Headphones  ($55.98 @ Best Buy) I have no experience with these, but Razer usually makes pretty good stuff.
Other: BitPhenoix Prodigy  (Purchased)
Total: $1121.33
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Be careful to distinguish between good products and those with good PR. There are many decent and reliable brands that don't have a huge fan base.

Good point. The cooler I use is pretty big. Your case is up to the task, but the MB might not be.

Sorry about the late reply. Generally one wants two things out of a cpu cooler - quiet cooling. Noctua are generally considered the top of the heap, particularly the NH-D14 and NH-U14S, and probably the NH-D15. However there is competition, be quiet! Dark Rock 2 often being mentioned. These are reasonably expensive choices. A much less expensive and almost as good at quiet cooling is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
