GTA 5 achievement bugged

Hi 

 

I'm going for platinum in GTA5 

 

The under the bridges achieve won't pop for some reason

 

Steam gave it to me but the social club isn't popping

 

My stats say 50/50 and 15/15 so idk what to do...

 

I had a similar problem with Trevor's arm race you need 10 missions on the 10th steam gave me the achievement but social club only gave it to me after 11 

 

Is the social club achievements system bugged ?
