Buying a new Keyboard - help needed

Hey,

I‘m thinking about buying a new keyboard and found these two nice keyboards: The Keychron K8 Pro and Q3. Would the upcharge for the Q3 be worth 80€(K8 Pro is 150€, Q3 230€)? Or do you know any alternative keybaord that is not with these weird blue-ish keycaps and is about 150€? It should be ISO DE, TKL, with red switches and be able to be ordered in Germany.

There are any number of cheap mechanical keyboards with red switches that you can get on Amazon and elsewhere. There's no need to be spending as much on a keyboard, no matter what anyone tells you. Check the reviews and see which ones have a good reputation.

I'm going to be honest, idk anything about keyboards but my friend showed me this one and I think its decent (I don't have it but I'm planning on getting it).

yeah, that is the tough point. Plenty of pretty good and cheap boards available for TKL, but rarely in ISO and ISO DE is even rarer.

Honestly, if you are not super into the hobby or don't wish to get into it, get the K8 Pro and invest the extra money into keycaps you like.

to be honest if all you care is getting keyboard with your preference color iso layout and red switches most keyboard you can find on amazon should be good enough. All you need to do is get a keyboard that fits your layout and get keycaps that you like. If you want alternative option than keychron you could look for akko keyboard generally they're pretty good

the difference between the two is k8 pro case is made out of plastic while the q3 is made out of aluminium, k8 pro is tray mount while q3 is gasket mount, k8 pro has wireless while the q3 is wired only
