Send message or pop up to another pc on network

So this will seem like an easy thing for most butni have 3 pcs on the same network on a site and i can remote into one of them. 

 

I can also use telnet into all of them. 

 

Is there a way to send a message or pop up from either telnet or cmd line to the other pc? 

 

Msg command doesn't seem to work between pcs but i can type

"msg (input message) enter" 

This will get me the pop up i want but only on the pc I'm on but really need it on the other. 

 

Any ideas?

Hi thanks for your reply. 

 

I've tried this but hasn't worked. 

Doesn't throw any errors but just doesn't work. 

 

Any ideas?

Before recommend, I just try it:

- sender, Administrator from Windows 10 pro workstation,

- receiver, user on terminal server (Windows Server 2012r2).

 

All computers are same LAN, same domain, send from "cmd".

Yeah tried it on my systems but nothing appears. 

Not sure if theres a firewall setging i need to changed then. 

Already allowed remoteRPC

 

Bet it something simple.
