Any personal experience/reviews of Changhong LED TVs?

Grunty

Hi Everyone,

I'm a college student with limited budget. Right now, NewEgg Ebay has 40" 1080p Changhong LED TVs on sale for $229. Does anyone have any experience with this brand? I think I remember Linus mentioning the name on a livestream awhile back. NewEgg's main site has 9 customer reviews for the unit and they are all overall positive (8 of 9 reviews are 4-star and above). Any insight on the brand would be helpful.

Thanks.

I have one in the living room, they're alright, I've had it for 2 years without any issues. The pixel density is quite low, but that's what you expect when you buy larger 1080p TVs. It was incredibly cheap too, a good replacement for the old CRT we had.
