You should be able to find a Key seller where you can get a WIN 11 OEM key for around 10 pounds... 90 pounds for a OEM key is a scam.

 

If you want nvidea features and raytracing you can change the GPU for the 4070 Super, although the 7900XT has better "raw" performance.

For gaming in the UK, I'd say this would be the fastest system you could get for around 1500 pounds.
