If I buy windows from Microsoft, do they ship a physical copy of Windows(on a usb) to you, or do you have to use your own usb? If you have to use your own, can you point me to a cheap and good one that will be large enough to hold the windows install media?

They dont ship a usb drive , got a Disc tho . Any 8gb drive should be enough for windows. 8gb drives from sandisk and hp are really cheap these days

Windows 11 needs a 16gb drive though.

Download windows onto any 8 GB USB 16 GB USB (don't buy a DVD from Microsoft) and once you're done installing you can buy a windows activation key from wherever you want.

On the download page it states only 8gb is required
