sounds like you could wait for deals,

at 700€ one of the angles is good old 5600 build,

this build doesn't include a GPU, and would leave roughly 300€ budget for it, which would leave room for some decently powerful GPUs, (doesn't have monitor either)

based on if you're comfortable getting GPUs from second-hand market, you could get even more powerful ones, though the build might need stronger PSU for that..

As for the build itself, it could maybe use a higher quality Motherboard, this one works, but it probably won't handle any faster CPU than 5600:

isnt that the case that has bad airflow because cooler master decided to use a solid front panel with holes in(+ mesh on top) it instead of just mesh?

not sure, so that meshy looking front could be just holes? anyways, does airflow even matter if the CPU's TDP is 65W?

Yes its the one there is a solid panel with holes in it behind the mesh, but yea with a5600 and maybe a 6650XT it wont mater as much but maybe a case upgrade would also bee needed when upgrading

that's quite expensive, could get Kingston NV2, as it's good in terms of price/performance: (unless the budget allows P5 Plus but even then I'd rather get something like better MB or PSU)

isnt this also the same case that a user in this forum had to buzzsaw to get any decent fan mounting? The case temps is on par for the liter on stock but there's 0% upgrade from there.
