Issue with Razer Nari Ultimate Headphones - Dead Dongle

Hi There

So I've been rocking a set of Razer Nari Ultimate headphones for around 2-3 years now. All of a sudden today, the dongle doesn't seem to be recognized. I plug it in and nothing. I followed some post on Razer forums to install their Dongle Recovery Tool, which didn't help, since the dongle is not recognized.

According to their forums, this is a known issue, and Razor has absolutely zero solution other than to by a 3rd party dongle off of Ali Express

Wondering if there is anything LTT can do with their relationship with Razer (if they even have one) to pressure them to address this issue.

Pretty sure after the Christmas laptop incidents they completely stopped working with razer. Dongles tend to be 5-10$ (besides the dumb mouse ones that they charge a LOT for)
