will a Radeon RX 6400 work on my hp prodesk 600 g1 twr? I will upload a photo of my system specs.

The rx6400 is not a good gpu and needs pcie 4.0 to not be absolute crap. So no it wont do well in your system

 

There is also the second issue that it has NO MEDIA ENCODER/DECODER. This means your cpu will have to do all the work to watch videos and such which with that old of an i5 it will be easily overwhelmed.

 

If this is to get a cheap gaming pc going. The i5 is an issue of itself being a pure 4 core/4 thread cpu it hasnt been enough to run games stutter free since about 2017/2018.
