Need recommendation for Headphones (Budget - $40)

Hello, I am from India and looking for a headphone under $40 (₹3500). From my research, I found EKSA E900 Pro to be Ideal for me. My friend owns a non Pro model and i liked the mic and sound of it.

My preference:
Mic is not important, I have a dedicated mic
I dont care about the Looks nor RGB

Price should not go above ₹3500

Surround sound is must
Going for the audio experience and not gaming, so i want bass and audio quality

I think so, but I am not sure if I wanna buy those, they look uncomfortable..

The first one listed is the only one I have experience with out of those listed.  And they are very comfortable because they are light weight and flex easily.  You can also get different pad's for them.  However if I do some napkin math, that's about $55-60usd?  Way to much to spend on them.  Don't get me wrong I absolutely love mine and use them regularly, but the low low price is part of the appeal.  The Porta Pro however is touted as a great headphone as well and I believe is actually More expensive here in the state's than the Kph30i.  I would give them some serious consideration.  Remember that these are On Ear not Over Ear so very little of what weight they have is put onto your head, they just softly clamp onto your head and lightly rest on the headband.
