Phone making White noise when Plugged into charge or Connected with earbuds

My phone has recently started to make white noise or static noise when I plug it into charge, a static noise comes out of the speaker.

I have also noticed it when I connect it with earbuds or plug-in headphones, when I start watching a video or playing some music the sound starts,

and when I pause the sound stops too.

I have an Android phone (Android 11)

What's the manufacturer and model of the phone?

This sort of thing can happen with less expensive phones where traces and radios aren't adequately shielded. You're just hearing the electromagnetic interference.

If you're going Windows I'd definitely recommend a normal laptop form factor. As much as Windows pretends it's touch friendly it just isn't.

Don't sleep on a Chromebook though if the situation calls for it.

That said I don't know what this has to do with a phone emitting EMI.

I think that might be it
