I could use a new mouse one that doesn't crap out after 2 years i have yet to be able to find a good mouse to hold up either the left click button gets wonkie or the wheel messes up.(not to figured into budget)

My current build is windows 10 may step up to windows 11 not sure if my windows is tied to the components or not since its a self build. Display is running on Display port.

I largely think my display(which i put on the original build sheet) is rated higher then what my system can handle i bought the display recently after the original crapped out and i don't really know how to go about balancing my build  but also future proofing it i would like to re use my case provided i have the space to get the Job done. I don't want water cooled prefer to stay with fan cooled.  The case has room for 3 more fans not sure if i will need them on a new build or not but i know i get a good bit of heat coming out of the cupboard that houses my tower with just stock case fans and the semi upgraded cooler.

You can sell the CPU for $60, the RAM for about $25, the psu is around the same as the ram or maybe $35. The case should be $20 or maybe give that to a friend. The gpu is $85. The motherboard is around $150

I'd say do a new build keeping the hard drive if you want it and keeping the monitor and OS. We could also keep the optical drive if you want it
