popping/lagging sound

I don't know but kinda often i get popping/lagging sound when i start my computer. Often when it happens the mouse is lagging to and the only thing that helps is that i restart the computer 1-3 times and it goes away.

mouse: logitech pro x superlight
headset: Razer nari essential

I have tired:

Flash bios
reinstall windows
update audio drivers for headset
update graphics drivers
unplug headset
deleted headset in device manager then restarted computer
switched usb place from 2.0 - 3.1 gen 2
tried different mouse and headset

Just to clarify, did you try a wired mouse and no headset?

If it still does it I don't think it's an audio issue rather the audio is just a symptom of some other issue.  My best guess is a USB problem

It might be the motherboard because the headset works fine on my laptop
