Is it bad to have my RX 6700XT fan speed at 2200 RPM (55%) and is for that rpm 55c normal ?

No.  Why?

 

Do you know the temp parameters of your card?

A furry mark should be good to monitor your temps under load. Also it depends what your gpu usage was at this temp

OP this question doesn't have any information required to answer it...so I'll ask you this.

 

How long is a peice of string?
